Let’s get your repairs started
You will have received a Welcome Pack from JP Flynn.
The Welcome Pack is sent to you upon receipt of a Repair Authority from your insurer, or upon confirmation that you are happy to proceed with our quote if we are completing your repairs directly. Our Welcome Pack contains your
- Scope of Works
- Customer Agreement Form
- Building Contract (if applicable)
- A JP Flynn Tax Invoice
Insurance Repairs
Your insurer requires that JP Flynn collect the excess amount applicable to your insurance policy, prior to any repairs commencing.
Direct Repairs
For direct works, you may be required to pay a percentage of the quoted repairs as a deposit.
